Located in the heart of Dubai, The Shala Dubai offers a dedicated space for the traditional study and practice of Ashtanga Yoga in Dubai. As the only traditional authorised Ashtanga Yoga school in Dubai, with in-house Level 2 Authorised teacher Nathalie Daou certified by Sharath Jois, we are committed to honouring and preserving the teachings and lineage of the practice.
